Art Soft, LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Art of Gomoku mobile application. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account Information: When you sign in, we receive your platform-provided display name and player identifier from Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android). We do not ask for or store your email, real name, phone number, or any personal contact information.
Game Data: We store your game history, moves, results (wins, losses, draws), and statistics to provide leaderboards, matchmaking, and the friend system.
Device Identifier: A locally generated unique device ID is used to manage WebSocket connections and prevent duplicate sessions. This ID is not linked to your personal identity.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party integrations are Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for authentication and identity.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using encrypted secure storage. We use HTTPS (SSL/TLS) for all communication between the app and our servers.
Your account and game data are retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, please contact us using the information below.
Art of Gomoku is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game uses platform-level authentication (Game Center / Play Games) which is managed by the respective platform providers.
